THE 2020 INDIANA PRIMARY ELECTION HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO JUNE 2 BECAUSE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC!
All voters may choose to cast a ballot by mail in the upcoming June 2 Primary Election. You have three choices for requesting an absentee ballot.
- Print out and complete this application form (ABS-Mail Primary 2020) and return it to your county election officials. Mail the completed application to the address listed on the back of the form. The deadline to mail the application form is May 21.
- Call your county's Election Office and request an absentee ballot. The Vanderburgh phone number is 812-435-5122.
- Apply for a ballot online. Go to https://indianavoters.in.gov/MVPHome/PrintDocuments. Click here to apply for a ballot online.
Be sure to check off whether you want the ballot for the Democratic or Republican party.
Early voting in Vanderburgh County (absentee ballot in person) will take place from Tuesday, May 26 until Monday June 1 at noon at these locations.
